REASON FOR STARTING TRAINING: I wanted to bulk up for football.
CURRENTLY TRAINS AT: Leongatha Body Trim and Wonthaggi YMCA
TRAINING PROGRAMME:
Day 1: Chest, triceps and calves
Day 2: Back, biceps and shoulders
Day 3: Legs and abs
Repeat in the same week
FAVOURITE EXERCISE: Dumbbell bench press
ROLE MODELS/INSPIRATION: Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bill Pearl
PLANS AND AMBITIONS: To continue training and compete, and see where it takes me.
